WV’s Fossil Fuel Industries’ Wicked Water Ways Well Illustrated One Day After #WorldWaterDay

On #WorldWaterDay, Wednesday, March 22, 2017, the WV Legislature was considering several bills to rollback the minimal safeguards for clean water we have here in West Virginia.
One such bill, HB 2506, was considered by the Senate Judiciary Committee that day. The bill would allow more cancer-causing toxins to be dumped into our drinking water supplies. HB 2506 is now headed to the Senate Floor for a vote. Make your voices heard, and call your state Senator and send an email to ask them to vote no on this bill! More details here.

Also one day after #WorldWaterDay, the two fossil fuel industries that so obviously have so many state politicians in their pocket gave us yet another example of the grave threat these industries pose to clean water and human health:
