The Devil We Know: Mondays That Matter Film Screening

NOV 5, 12, 19, 26

The Devil We Know: The Chemistry of a Cover-Up is the Charleston Underground Cinema Monday Movie that Matters in November!

This film is a critical one for anyone who lives in or near the Ohio River Valley; it chronicles the C-8 pollution of the water system in Parkersburg and surrounding areas. It also speaks volumes to the need to press for more effective water regulation measures throughout the state and region.

The film will be shown every Monday in November at the Underground Cinema, in Charleston, starting at 7 p.m.

On November 5, panelists include OVEC’s Robin Blakeman and Alex Cole, along with representatives from at least some of the four other groups who are sponsoring the film. Topics will include current WV water pollution challenges.

One of the screenings will include a Skype interview with the film-maker. Check back for updates, or check the event on Facebook here. Invite your friends!
